How to Order your Bloodaxe Miniatures
Orders can be sent via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or you can download an order form and mail to: HistoriFigs, P.O. Box 773, Baraboo, WI 53913.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, PayPal, as well as checks and money orders. If you wish to order via email with your credit card, you can include your credit card information along with your order, or let us know your phone number along with the best time to reach you and we will call for your information.
To pay with PayPal, you may place an order via email and we will send you a PayPal payment request, or you may simply use our email@example.com email address for PayPal payments.

All shipments within the U.S. are sent via the USPS, either First Class or by Priority Mail.
For domestic orders we use a flat rate for shipping based on your order total:
- Orders under $25 are $5.50
- Orders between $25 and $100 are $11.00
- Orders between $100 and $200 are $15.00
- All domestic orders over $200 will be shipped for free
For shipping outside the US we will ship at cost - please ask for a shipping quote.
PAYMENT: All merchandise must he paid by a personal check, money order, PayPal or major credit card. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders.
MINIMUM ORDERS: The minimum amount for credit card orders is $20.00. This minimum is for figures or product and does not include the cost of postage and handling. There is no minimum order amount for orders paid by check, money order or PayPal. Minimums do not apply to orders for Preview Packages.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE: We do not accept returned merchandise unless you write or E-mail us giving the reason for the return. You may return the figures only when you have received our authorization to do so. A copy of the original order must accompany the returned merchandise; otherwise we cannot accept your return.
Missing Items: At times we may inadvertently fail to ship all items that you ordered, or perhaps we sent you the wrong item. Contact us and return the original order form identifying the missing item or items. We will then either give you a credit towards your next order or we will send you the missing items. Please indicate your preference. We want you to be happy.
ORDER ADJUSTMENTS: We reserve the right to adjust your order without notice. This is usually done only when there is an error on the pricing or addition of the costs. Rather than return your order we will make the necessary adjustments and fill your order.
SALES TAX: Only Wisconsin residents need to pay sales tax. The current Wisconsin tax =5.50%.
POSTAGE AND HANDLING: For these rates, please see the postage information page. Insurance is not included in this rate.
OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS: We cannot accept foreign currency. All orders must he accompanied by an international postal money order in U.S. funds. The buyer must pay all duties and customs. Please check you local postal authorities for proper postage rates and insurance costs on international orders.
DELIVERY FACTORS: Orders for "stock" items will be filled with in 2 business days of the receipt of the order. Orders for "active" non-stock items will generally be filled with in 10 to 14 business days of receipt of the order. Orders or "back-listed" products may require 3 to 4 weeks for fulfillment. There are always exceptions; it is possible that we have just run out of stock on a "stock" item, or your order consists of a large number of castings. We will make every effort to fill your orders in a timely fashion. In the event that your order will be delayed, we will contact you: via postcard, letter, email or by phone.
